Van Arsdale Elementary was built in 1994. It was named in honor of Mr. Wayne Van Arsdale of Arvada, CO. Mr. Van Arsdale was a member of the school board and instrumental in creation of our Outdoor Lab schools. Mr. and Mrs. Van Arsdale visit the school often to share in various school events.

Our motto is, "Once a Mountaineer, always a mountaineer!"
